1. Oversees daily clerical duties, office maintenance, and the smooth execution of Chamber policies.
2. Manage office emails and ensure timely responses and actions.
3. Coordinate with office bearers and member industries.
4. Acts as the main point of contact for employees, manages schedules, and organizes meetings.
5. Maintains office supply inventory and coordinates with external vendors.
6. Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
7. Organize a filing system for important and confidential office documents.
8. Organize and conduct various training programs and seminars for members.
9. Schedule and coordinate routine Chamber meetings.
10. Build and maintain strong relationships with member industries.
11. Organize and call for Executive Committee (EC) meetings.
12. Develop public relations and liaise with government offices and other organizations.
13. Prepare Minutes of Meetings (MoM) promptly after events/meetings.
14. Maintain all required printed and digital documents in an organized and accessible manner.
15. Ensure every activity/task is recorded properly and retrievable when needed.
16. Arrange travel and accommodations.
17. Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned.
18. Source accurate contact details for stall bookings through online and offline channels.
19. Share proposals for stall bookings and manage stall allocation for events.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
