The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) is responsible for overseeing the organization’s administrative functions and ensuring efficient internal operations across departments. The CAO provides strategic leadership in areas such as administration, human resources, facilities, corporate governance, compliance, and operational support to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
The CAO works closely with executive leadership to improve operational efficiency, strengthen organizational structure, and ensure effective resource management.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or related field.
10+ years of leadership experience in administration, operations, or corporate management roles.
Experience managing large teams and cross-functional departments.
