Job Summary
We are looking to grow our business and are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Licensed Master Electrician to lead electrical projects across diverse construction and renovation sites. Duties

• Lead and supervise electrical installation and repair activities on construction sites.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute electrical layouts and systems.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair low voltage and high voltage electrical systems using hand tools, power tools, and specialized testing equipment such as ohmmeters.
• Program and troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to automate industrial processes effectively.
• Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) standards, local regulations, and safety protocols.
• Read schematics and technical manuals to diagnose issues accurately and implement effective solutions.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to plan work schedules, order materials, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Conduct inspections of installed systems for quality assurance, safety compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Mentor apprentices and junior electricians to promote skill development and uphold safety standards on site.

Experience

• Valid license as a Master Electrician with proven experience in industrial, commercial, or construction electrical projects.
• Extensive experience working with industrial electrician systems including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, and low/high voltage wiring.
• Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately in a construction or renovation environment.
• Hands-on experience using hand tools such as wire strippers, screwdrivers; power tools including drills; testing equipment like ohmmeters; and power tools necessary for electrical work.
• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), safety regulations, and best practices for high voltage installations.
• Prior construction site experience involving renovation projects or new builds is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with schematics for complex electrical systems in commercial or industrial settings is essential.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently using diagnostic tools such as multimeters or ohmmeters while adhering to safety standards.
