Role Overview
We are seeking to hire a Sales Representative to spearhead one of our Overseas Manufacturer’s growth in the Indian market. This role is a blend of strategic distributor management and "feet-on-the-street" business development.
Key Responsibilities
● Channel Management: Manage and support existing distributors while identifying and onboarding new partners across key Indian territories.
● Market Expansion: Drive sales for Neonatal and Paediatric ICU consumables, ensuring the Overseas Manufacturer’s portfolio gains market share against key competitors.
● Field Engagement: Conduct frequent visits to hospitals, NICU/PICU departments, and distributor locations to provide clinical support and drive procurement.
● Events & Exhibitions: Represent the Manufacturer at national and regional trade shows and Exhibitions either independently or alongside distribution partners.
● Reporting: Provide regular market feedback, sales forecasts, and activity reports
Technical Requirements & Qualifications :
The ideal candidate must possess deep clinical and commercial knowledge of the following product categories:
● Focus Areas: Neonatal & Paediatric ICU consumables.
● Equipment Expertise: Bubble CPAP, Feeding Pumps, Humidifiers, and HFNC (High Flow Nasal Cannula) systems.
● Consumables: Single-limb and dual-limb heated circuits and general airway management products.
● Competitive Intelligence: Prior experience working with or against products from Fisher & Paykel, Philips, Avanos is ideal.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
