We are seeking someone from a retail setting (or from the service industry) who isn’t afraid of picking up the phone to cold call a company, who won’t shy away from dropping in on a business unexpectedly, or who has a knack for getting someone to go through with a sale. The territory is in downtown Asheville, South Asheville, and Black Mountain and will be Monday-Friday 8-5.

This sales position has a base salary PLUS commission.

DETAILS

• B2B Sales role that involves prospecting and developing new business sales relationships
• Meet or exceed established quota by selling office solutions and services
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and service teams to achieve customer satisfaction and sales goals
• Schedule weekly client meetings in-person with potential new clients and document meetings and sales activities in CRM
• Conduct demos and presentations during scheduling client visits while also building rapport and looking for opportunities to solve customer problems with sales solutions

Qualifications

• Driven, self-motivated, with a knack for sales
• Experience working with people in a role that involves sales of some sort, whether through a retail setting (ideally in cellular sales or similar, but not required), in a restaurant, or via another sales position
• Valid US driver’s license and reliable vehicle is required on a daily basis
• Able to work Monday-Friday 8-5 within Asheville territory (may offer some remote opportunity once trained, but will be in the office when not in client visits to start)

PAY/BENEFITS

• $36k/year base pay
• Additional commission ($70-$90k in total compensation for the first year, more in Year 2)
• $4500 quarterly bonus if monthly metrics are hit
