You will lead end-to-end CI/CD infrastructure design, container orchestration, observability integration and system reliability in development, staging, and production environments.
As part of a collaborative and fast-paced team, you’ll work closely with Site Reliability, Application, Network and Security Engineering teams to align infrastructure delivery with evolving business and technical requirements.
Design, maintain, and document CI/CD infrastructure, supporting canary deployments, blue/green strategies, and infrastructure-as-code best practices
Automate and manage Kubernetes (AKS) workloads using Helm, Kustomize, and GitOpspatterns (ArgoCD)
Set up and support centralized logging and monitoring pipelines (Graylog, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, App Insights, Robusta)
Establish and implement delivery and runtime standards such as config and secrets management, and cluster backup/recovery (e.g., Velero)
Support cloud-native component integrations like RabbitMQ, Redis Clusters, and MinIO
Work on performance/load testing with tools like JMeter and Taurus, and improve infrastructure for high-volume applications
Act as an escalation point for complicated CI/CD or infrastructure delivery problems in production
Help maintain internal DevOps standards, documentation, and knowledge sharing across the team
Job Requirements
2+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering in cloud-native.
Extensive experience with CI/CD orchestration through GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Bitrise, and/or Azure DevOps
Familiar with managing Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), container lifecycles, and Helm-based deployments
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, etc.) and GitOps pipelines
Strong background in observability and telemetry (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Graylog, AppInsights)
Ability to work on high-volume B2B or hybrid cloud environments while maintaining critical infrastructure
Hands-on experience with GitOps workflows and tools such as ArgoCD for Kubernetes deployment automation
Expertise in advanced CI/CD techniques like multi-environment workflows, pipeline templating, and deployment gating
Knowledge of infrastructure provisioning frameworks
Ability to design auto scaling strategies and optimize resource allocation for Kubernetes workloads
Experience handling intricate release strategies (blue/green, canary, feature flags) in production environments
Knowledge of artifact management, container image versioning, and secure delivery practices
