USA Floor Surfaces is a growing concrete resurfacing company serving homeowners throughout Broward, Palm Beach, and Miami-Dade County. We specialize in transforming pool decks, driveways, patios, and other concrete surfaces through decorative resurfacing, coatings, stains, sealers, drainage improvements, and related exterior surface solutions.
We are looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Residential Installation Project Manager to oversee projects after they are sold and ensure each job is scheduled, communicated, documented, completed, and closed out properly.
This is a hands-on operations role that combines project coordination, customer communication, subcontractor scheduling, field visits, quality control, CRM management, and payment follow-up.
- Take ownership of sold projects after the sales rep has collected the deposit and obtained a signed contract.
- Review each project file to confirm scope, contract details, colors, patterns, photos, square footage, customer expectations, and any special notes before scheduling.
- Coordinate installation dates with subcontractor crews and customers.
- Maintain the production schedule and ensure jobs are assigned to the correct crew.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers from the time the project is sold through completion.
- Communicate clearly with customers before, during, and after installation.
- Confirm job details with installers, including scope of work, colors, patterns, surface conditions, access notes, drainage details, and any special instructions.
- Visit job sites on start dates and completion dates whenever possible.
- Perform basic quality control checks and confirm the work matches the agreed scope.
- Take before, during, and after photos of projects for internal documentation and marketing use.
- Ensure change orders, added work, or customer-requested changes are properly documented and approved.
- Help ensure final payments are collected and payment status is updated.
- Keep the CRM fully updated with job status, scheduled dates, crew assignments, customer notes, photos, payment status, completion details, and any unresolved issues.
- Handle scheduling changes, weather delays, customer concerns, installer questions, and project-related issues as they arise.
- Send customers care instructions, warranty/aftercare information, and review requests after completion.
- Ensure there are no loose ends after each job is completed.

- Excellent communication skills with both customers and subcontractors.
- Comfortable managing multiple jobs at once.
- Ability to stay calm and professional when schedules change or issues come up.

- Comfortable using a CRM, calendar, texting, email, and basic technology.
- Willing and able to drive to job sites throughout Broward, Palm Beach, and Miami-Dade County.
- Professional appearance and customer-facing demeanor.
- Construction, remodeling, home services, field coordination, or project management experience preferred.
- Concrete resurfacing, coatings, pool deck, driveway, patio, or exterior remodeling experience is a plus, but not required.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel to residential job sites throughout South Florida.
- Strong phone, text, and email communication skills.
- Ability to manage a schedule and update CRM records daily.
- Ability to take clear project photos and document job progress.
- Comfortable working with subcontractor crews and homeowners.
- Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish.
Compensation:
- Salary position.
- Expected range: $60,000–$75,000 per year, based on experience.
