Job Description
This internship program offers a unique opportunity for you to develop in strategic areas of the private equity market, while supporting operational execution and structured communication processes in a high-standards environment. participating in challenging and high-impact projects in Capital Formation and Communication, with a strong focus on operational execution, reporting, and process management
Here, you will have the chance to:
Investor Relations & Operations
1. Communication Execution: Support the preparation and sending of emails and communications, ensuring accuracy, proper distribution, and adherence to established formats and standards.
2. Data & System Management: Maintain and update information across systems, spreadsheets, and mailing lists, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and proper organization across systems and trackers.
3. Material & Reporting Support: Assist in the preparation of presentations (PowerPoint), reports, and supporting materials.
4. Process & Workflow Organization: Ensure structured organization of files, templates, and communication flows, maintaining consistency across deliverables.
5. Internal Coordination: Work closely with different teams to gather inputs and support material creation.
6. Communication Publishing: Support the publication and distribution of communications and materials, ensuring proper formatting, correct version control and distribution lists, and timely delivery.
7. Digital Presence (Secondary): Support LinkedIn and website updates when needed.
8. Time Management & Prioritization: Manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively, ensuring timely delivery across recurring and ad hoc activities, particularly in time-sensitive reporting cycles.
