The Role:
This role will focus on the end to end management of high-performing eCommerce clients, building & optimising campaigns across the full Performance mix, but particularly focused on Meta & Google.
You'll be responsible for driving & delivering strong commercial outcomes & best-in-class results for a mixed portfolio, collaborating with internal & external teams to improve outcomes, whilst reporting on financial performance.

You'll use your hands-on-the tools experience to continue to drive solid success & brand awareness, as well as continuously up-skilling and developing your knowledge within Paid Media.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

• A solid background of experience within Performance Marketing, ideally from an Agency background, specialised in supporting a client base of eCommerce businesses
• Demonstrated experience with strategising and executing high-performing Meta & Google Ads, with wider channel knowledge being a major advantage
• Strong experience & understanding of key metrics, including CAC, CPA, ROAS & AOV, and how they align to wider business objectives
• Demonstrated experience with running small-scale tests, creative or bid tests, with the ability to redefine solutions & strategies
• A solid growth mindset, a dedication to up-skilling & continuously learning and expanding your knowledge
• Experience within a client-facing role, working with senior Stakeholders & Founders alike, presenting trends & interpreting data
