Job Description: As a Patient Services Representative, you will play a vital role in enhancing the patient experience by ensuring seamless communication, exceptional customer service and efficient appointment management. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused setting and has a strong interest in healthcare. You will work closely with our cardiology specialists, support teams and patients to facilitate smooth processes and contribute to superior patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Provide compassionate, courteous and professional customer service to all patient and visitors.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments, ensuring accuracy and time coordination.
• Assist patients with insurance verifications, referrals and other administrative tasks related to their care.
• Support patients with inquiries about their treatment, test results and procedures.
• Ensure the patient data is entered accurately into our systems, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and clinical teams to ensure seamless transitions of care.
• Educate patients on services, preparing them for procedure and tests and answering any questions they may have.
• Resolve patient concerns and problems with empathy and professionalism while adhering to organizational policies.
