About the Role

Hotsy is the leader in industrial hot water high -pressure cleaning equipment. Our products can be found in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. We are a one-stop shop for all our customers' pressure washer sales and service needs. We are looking for a Field Service Technician to join our Team! We have 13 locations across 5 states, and our company focuses on quality people - because we know that great employees make a great company.

This Field Service Technician role includes a mix of on-site service calls, shop repairs and installs. Our technicians service all major brand pressure washers. Start and end each day at our Wake Forest shop—enjoy predictable hours, weekdays only, and evenings at home.

What We Offer

• Eligible to participate in our Bonus and Commission Program. Total annual compensation, including regular pay, bonuses, and commissions, averages $75,000 for most technicians.
• First shift, Monday–Friday. No weekends, no on-call
• Fully stocked service truck with liftgate

What You'll Do

• Perform field service repairs and installs at customer sites
• Complete shop repairs on high pressure cleaning equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair AC/DC electrical systems
• Apply HVAC or plumbing knowledge (a plus)
• Deliver professional service and maintain high standards
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain safety standards

What You'll Need

• Proven field service repair experience
• Strong AC/DC electrical knowledge
• HVAC or plumbing experience a plus
• Clean driving record (required)
• Your own basic hand tools and a reliable multimeter (company provides all other specialty tools)
