What You'll Do

• Provide on-site physical therapy services and musculoskeletal assessments
• Deliver early intervention care for employees experiencing discomfort or injury
• Conduct ergonomic evaluations and recommend workplace modifications
• Educate employees on body mechanics, stretching, injury prevention, and healthy movement strategies
• Support workplace wellness initiatives designed to reduce injuries and improve employee health

What We're Looking For

• Active Ohio Physical Therapist license required
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist required
• Minimum of 2 years of orthopedic experience required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and confidently in a workplace setting
• Passion for prevention, wellness, and helping people stay healthy and productive
