We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused SM-ASM- Duty Manager to join our retail team in Muddebihal The role involves handling day-to-day supermarket store operations, assisting customers, managing stock, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them with product selection
• Handle billing and cash/UPI/card transactions at checkout
• Ensure shelves are well-stocked, organized, and clean
• Monitor inventory and report low stock levels
• Assist in unloading and arranging new stock deliveries
• Maintain store hygiene and follow safety standards
• Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints
• Support promotional activities and in-store display
• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass
• Prior retail or supermarket experience preferred
• Basic communication skills (English / Regional language)
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Basic math skills for billing and cash handling
• Physically fit for standing long hours

Preferred Skills

• Customer service orientation
• Expiry, FIFO and other inventory basics
• Dump, Shrinkage and Damage Control
• Basic knowledge of POS systems

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
• Weekly off

Work Timings

• Rotational shifts (Morning / Evening)
• 6 days working
