Must-Have Skills

• 3-5 years of hands-on development experience on the Salesforce platform

• Mandatory experience in Sales and Service Cloud

• Experience writing Apex classes and triggers

• Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Design System and SFDX

• Strong business analysis and functional experience including requirements gathering and solution deployment

• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills

• Strong verbal and written communication and data presentation skills

• Understanding of Salesforce architecture and API

• Experience using GitHub or other version control software

• Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications

• Strong JavaScript, LWC, or Aura development skills

• Knowledge of various asynchronous capabilities in Salesforce and use cases

• Understanding of key design patterns and large data volume limitations and best practices

• Understanding of data sharing, visibility considerations, and platform architecture

• Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies

Good-to-Have Skills

• Understanding of additional Salesforce Clouds (Vlocity, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Education Cloud, Nonprofit Cloud, Health Cloud, Consumer Goods Cloud, Data Cloud)

• Salesforce certifications or credentials
