Nestea Recruiting is assisting Renewaskin Spa with hiring an Aesthetic Client Sales Consultant for a client-facing sales role in the medical wellness and aesthetic services field.

This role involves meeting with scheduled clients in clinic settings, learning about their goals, explaining available wellness and aesthetic services, and reviewing treatment packages, pricing, and payment options.

Regular travel is required for assigned clinic locations and required training.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Meet with scheduled clients in person
• Discuss client goals and service interests
• Explain available wellness and aesthetic services
• Review treatment packages, pricing, and payment options
• Support clients through the decision-making process
• Complete required sales notes and documentation
• Track activity and follow-up in the CRM
• Communicate with clinic leadership and support staff
• Travel to assigned clinic locations as needed
• Follow company standards for communication, documentation, and client experience

Compensation and Training

This position includes:

• $36,000 annual base salary
• Commission based on Renewaskin Spa’s compensation plan
• Paid training
• Approved travel expenses paid by the employer
• Growth opportunities based on performance and business needs

Approved travel expenses may include flights, lodging, rental vehicle, and fuel for approved business travel. Approved business travel expenses are paid according to company policy.

Services You May Discuss With Clients

Renewaskin Spa provides training on its service menu and consultation process.

Services may include:

• Body contouring services
• RF-based treatments
• Cryotherapy-related services
• EMS-related services
• Cavitation-related services
• Skin-focused services
• Other non-invasive wellness and aesthetic services

Prior aesthetics experience is not required. Training is provided.

Travel Requirements

This role requires regular travel and temporary assignments at different clinic locations based on business needs.

Candidates must be able to:

• Travel to assigned clinic locations
• Attend required in-person training in Florida
• Work temporary assignments away from home
• Adjust to different clinic teams and workflows
• Maintain accurate documentation while traveling

Required Qualifications

• Experience in consultative or client-facing sales
• Clear communication skills
• Comfort discussing services, pricing, and payment options
• Strong organization and accurate record-keeping
• Comfort using a CRM or similar system
• Willingness to learn a new service category
• Ability to travel for assigned work
• Ability to attend required Florida training
• Valid U.S. driver’s license
• Valid REAL ID for domestic air travel
• Professional communication style

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling service packages, programs, or memberships
• Background in wellness, aesthetics, or another consultative sales environment
• Experience with sales documentation and client follow-up

Employment Details

This is a W-2 employee position with Renewaskin Spa. It is not an independent contractor role.
