O(a) Analista de Marketing e Comunicação I atua no apoio à implementação das ações de comunicação e marketing da TNC Brasil, contribuindo para atividades operacionais e táticas do time.
O cargo apoia a produção de conteúdos institucionais, a presença digital da organização, o relacionamento com públicos estratégicos e a organização de atividades e materiais da área. Trabalha em colaboração com a equipe de Comunicação e Marketing, áreas internas e fornecedores, executando tarefas conforme planos e orientações estabelecidas.
Também contribui para o acompanhamento de resultados das ações de comunicação e para a organização de informações e relatórios, com foco em qualidade, consistência e cumprimento de prazos.

· Executar atividades sob supervisão direta, seguindo procedimentos estabelecidos e reportando o andamento das entregas à liderança responsável.

• Formação superior completa em áreas correlatas, como Comunicação, Jornalismo, Publicidade, Relações Públicas, Marketing ou áreas afins.

• Mínimo de 1 ano de experiência em atividades de marketing, comunicação, apoio a projetos ou funções similares, ou combinação equivalente de formação e experiência.

• Experiência básica em produção, organização ou revisão de materiais de comunicação.

• Conhecimento prático do pacote Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) e ferramentas digitais de trabalho.

• Boa capacidade de organização, comunicação escrita e atenção aos detalhes.

• Inglês básico ou em desenvolvimento.

· Conhecimento intermediário de inglês ou outros idiomas (desejável).
