Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Outbound Call Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in outbound calling, CRM management, and data entry. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to follow scripts naturally, and confidence in handling high-volume outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers.
• Follow provided call scripts and communication guidelines accurately.
• Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
• Perform accurate data entry and ensure all records are updated in real time.
• Qualify leads and gather relevant customer information.
• Schedule appointments or transfer qualified leads to the appropriate department.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and productivity targets.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, customer service, or a related role.
• Experience using CRM systems and performing data entry tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow scripts while maintaining a natural conversation flow.
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• Must have a clear speaking voice with a neutral accent for effective communication with clients.
• Must be willing and able to work night shift schedules.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in lead generation or appointment setting.
• Familiarity with dialer tools such as PhoneBurner, RingCentral, or ViciDial.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
