Job Scopes:
Prepare, cook and present quality cooked and safe food to our customers according to Companyand/or Brand quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Responsible for total cleanliness and tidiness of kitchen area.
Use proper kitchen equipment to prepare/cook food and handle all equipment and facilities withcare.
Be a good buddy to new Kitchen Assistants and support them with hands-on guidance on dailyoperation for Back-of-House (BOH).
