We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager who will take full ownership of all social media platforms across The Digital Pendu Group. From content planning to execution, you will be responsible for building brand identity, increasing engagement, and driving growth across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) for all brands under The Digital Pendu Group
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with business goals
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (Reels, posts, stories, shorts, etc.)
• Work closely with the video editing and content team to produce high-quality content
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms
• Monitor trends, viral content formats, and implement them creatively
• Track performance metrics and optimise strategies based on analytics
• Handle comments, DMs, and community engagement professionally
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and podcast teams for campaigns and promotions
• Manage social media campaigns, launches, and promotions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management
• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn & short-form content trends
• Creativity with a strong sense of storytelling
• Ability to plan, organize, and execute content strategies
• Good communication and team collaboration skills
• Understanding of analytics tools and performance tracking
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, content-driven environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
