We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to manage and enhance the hospital’s public image, patient engagement, and referral network. The candidate will play a key role in building relationships with patients, corporates, institutions, and the community to support the hospital’s growth.

Key Responsibilities
1. Camp Planning & Execution

• Identify and coordinate with schools, organizations, and local bodies for conducting eye camps
• Plan camp schedules and logistics in advance
• Ensure all required equipment and staff are arranged

2. Field Work & Coordination

• Travel to different locations to conduct camps
• Build relationships with community leaders and partners
• Promote camps and ensure good patient turnout

3. Patient Handling & Support

• Assist in patient registration and crowd management
• Guide patients regarding consultations and further treatment
• Coordinate referrals to the hospital

4. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain records of camps conducted and patient data
• Submit daily/weekly reports to management

5. Marketing & Awareness

• Create awareness about eye health and hospital services
• Support promotional and outreach activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Healthcare Management or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in PRO / Marketing / Hospital Relations
• Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets

Preferred Skills

• Experience in hospital or healthcare industry (especially eye care)
• Fluency in Malayalam & English (Hindi is an added advantage)
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of local market and community networks
