We are currently hiring for a Showroom Sales Representative (FT) at our Rogers, AR location. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented person with strong communication skills to start or continue a rewarding career in sales.

At Godfrey & Black, you’ll work in our premier fireplace showroom in Northwest Arkansas. We provide product training, a positive team atmosphere, and the opportunity to grow your knowledge in the hearth, outdoor living, and building industries.

About the Job:

You will work directly with our showroom customers, helping them find the right products for their projects. You will assist with product selections, answer questions, prepare quotes, enter orders, follow up with customers, and support the sales process from the first conversation through order completion.

Our customers include homeowners, custom home builders, contractors, remodelers, and design professionals throughout Northwest Arkansas and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, learning products, and being part of a team that values excellent customer service.

• Prior sales or customer service experience
• Experience in fireplaces, outdoor living, building materials, or home improvement
• Strong communication and people skills
• Personable, professional and dependable
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage quotes, follow-ups, and customer requests
• General computer skills - QuickBooks is a plus!
