Our Silverwater store is looking for a full-time permanent Retail Sales Specialist to join the team. This role is ideal for a tool enthusiast who excels at building customer relationships and performs at their best in a high-energy retail environment.

What You Need to Succeed

• Drive to exceed daily sales targets through solutions-based sales
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers
• Ability to build genuine relationships and deliver great service
• Pride in your professional presentation and store standards
• Positive attitude, reliable work ethic, and team-first mindset
• Eagerness to learn, improve, and build strong product knowledge
• Basic computer skills to complete everyday system and sales tasks
• Retail, sales, or trade experience is highly regarded, but not essential

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting customers in-store and over the phone with product advice
• Processing sales, transactions, and customer orders through our POS
• Promoting specials, deals, and relevant product add-ons
• Building strong product knowledge through ongoing training
• Maintaining store presentation, cleanliness, and aisle standards
• Supporting a high-performance sales culture focused on service and results
• Working a stable 5/6-day fortnightly roster, including one weekend day each week
