Logistics Warehouse Associate – Full Time

Raleigh, NC | $18–$21/hour (based on experience)

CMB Acrylic is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our growing warehouse team. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in doing things right, works well in a fast-paced environment, has a strong attention to detail, and is looking for a long-term opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Order Fulfillment: Read and process incoming customer orders
• Accurately pull and pack products for shipment
• Perform tasks such as scanning in/out stock and updating inventory records
• Organize and maintain materials and workspace
• Mask acrylic sheets when required per order specs
• Operate fulfillment software (training provided)
• Collaborate with team and supervisors to keep operations running smoothly
• Assist with receiving and storing incoming shipments
• Perform basic quality control checks to ensure accuracy
• Cross-trained to perform multiple roles throughout the facility
• May assist with equipment upkeep and minor warehouse maintenance
• Follow all company policies, including safety guidelines and procedures

What We’re Looking For

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous warehouse or production experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in pulling/packing
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to be coached and held accountable
• Basic computer/data entry skills
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
• Capable of standing, walking, lifting (50+ lbs), and bending throughout day
• Forklift or pallet jack experience or certification is a plus
• A serious, dependable work ethic. This is non-negotiable

Working Conditions

• This is a hands-on, physically demanding role
• Warehouse environment can be noisy, warm in summer, and cool in winter
• PPE may be required for certain tasks or materials
• You must be able to work safely, stay focused, and maintain pace for a full shift

Pay & Perks

• Pay: $18–$21/hour depending on experience
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, full-time (occasional Saturday with advance notice)
