• Manage, organize, and maintain all project documents in accordance with company procedures and project requirements.
• Control the issuance, distribution, filing, and retrieval of technical documents, drawings, reports, and correspondence.
• Ensure all documents are properly recorded, updated, and archived in the Document Control System (DCS).
• Monitor document revisions and maintain accurate document registers and tracking logs.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding document submissions and approvals.
• Prepare periodic document control reports and project documentation status updates.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, company policies, and project documentation requirements.
• Support project teams in administrative and documentation-related activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Preferably Chinese candidates
• Minimum 2 years of experience for Document Controller position.
• Minimum 5 years of experience for Senior Document Controller position, preferably in construction, engineering, or infrastructure projects.
• Familiar with Document Control Systems (DCS), EDMS, or project management software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,527.52 per month
