Role overview
Join the support team to assist enterprise customers during device migration. You will troubleshoot Windows desktop and endpoint issues, resolve authentication and device management problems, and ensure smooth migration experiences.
Key responsibilities
Provide technical support for deployment and migration activities.
Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 OS, endpoint, and device-related issues.
Analyze Event Viewer, application logs, and system diagnostics to identify root causes.
Support migration preparation, execution, and post-migration activities.
Investigate and resolve issues related to Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Hybrid Join, and Intune.
Perform remote troubleshooting sessions with customers.
Use PowerShell and Windows administrative tools for issue resolution.
Escalate complex issues to engineering with clear findings.
Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
Ensure timely resolution of support requests.
Required skills
3–7 years of experience supporting Windows desktop and endpoint environments.
Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows 10 and Windows 11.
Good understanding of Windows OS, authentication, user profiles, services, and scheduled tasks.
Experience with PowerShell, Registry Editor, and Windows administrative tools.
Ability to analyze Event Viewer logs, application logs, and diagnostics.
Good understanding of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and hybrid identity.
Experience with Intune and endpoint management.
Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
