DevsLane is looking for an experienced QA Engineer with strong hands-on experience in production-grade projects and end-to-end quality assurance ownership. The ideal candidate should have independently handled QA responsibilities for live products, collaborated closely with development teams, and ensured smooth delivery across releases.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead QA activities for production-grade web applications from requirement analysis to release sign-off.
- Create and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and regression suites.
- Perform manual testing across functional, integration, regression, and UAT flows.
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Participate in sprint planning, requirement discussions, and release cycles.
- Validate APIs, database flows, and backend integrations where required.
- Coordinate with overseas clients/stakeholders and provide clear QA updates and reports.
- Ensure product quality, usability, and performance across environments.
Must Have Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 4+ years of hands-on QA experience on production/live projects.
- Strong ownership mindset and willingness to learn, especially in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong experience in manual testing for web applications.
- Experience independently owning QA responsibilities for projects/modules.
- Strong understanding of test case design, defect lifecycle, and regression planning.
- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies, and release cycles.
- Hands-on exposure to PostgreSQL for data validation and testing.
- Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
- Hands-on experience with bug tracking and project management tools such as Jira, Pivotal Tracker, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Basic API testing experience using Postman or similar tools.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and communication skills.
Good to Have
- Experience testing mobile applications.
- Exposure to automation testing tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, or similar..
- Experience handling communication with overseas/international clients is preferred.

Compensation Range:
INR 8-12 LPA (Exceptions possible for outstanding candidates)
