At Voadera, you’ll be the first voice enterprise brands hear , and the person responsible for opening the door to high-value Amazon partnerships.
We help brands scale on Amazon and grow into serious market players. As we expand rapidly, we’re looking for a high-performance BDR who can drive conversations, create opportunities, and own the top of the sales funnel.
What You’ll Do (Phone-First Role):
- Make 50+ outbound calls daily to brands & distributors
- Turn cold leads into qualified business opportunities
- Deliver strong, confident pitches from the first interaction
- Build trust quickly with decision-makers
- Pass qualified opportunities to Enterprise Account Executives
- Maintain 100% accurate CRM records
- Collaborate closely with Lead Gen & AE teams to improve performance
Success Metrics:
- 8+ qualified discovery calls/month
- 1+ enterprise partnership/month originating from your pipeline
- Strong first-call rapport that builds trust and engagement
- Consistent follow-ups that convert into booked calls
- 100% CRM accuracy with real-time updates
Who We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years in cold calling / B2B sales / appointment setting
- Strong phone presence and communication skills
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and rejection
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, etc.)
- Organized, coachable, and self-driven
- Able to work US business hours
