The Role
This is a full stack position with a clear back-end emphasis. You'll be working primarily in C# (.NET) alongside a Next.js front end, building on live products within fast sprint cycles. The team works at pace: 2 to 4 week sprints, real accountability, and genuine ownership from day one.
What makes this role different is how the team works. AI tooling, including Claude, is embedded into the planning, discovery, and execution process. They're not using it as a gimmick, it's core to how they deliver. They'll be testing for this in interview, so if you're already working this way, you're ahead of the pack
What You Will Bring

• Strong Experience in .NET and some experience across Front End tasks with Next.js
• Have strong object-oriented programming fundamentals and can apply them to complex, evolving systems
• Understand how to integrate AI tooling thoughtfully e.g you know the difference between leveraging AI well and creating brittle "AI spaghetti"
• Are comfortable jumping into live projects and adapting quickly to existing product culture and codebases
• Can translate business requirements into clean technical solutions without over-engineering
• Communicate proactively: this team moves fast and high-frequency, high-quality communication is non-negotiable
• Are energised by rapid cycles and iterative delivery rather than slowed down by them
