The Children's Advocacy Center of NEPA is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) to join our multidisciplinary team serving children and adolescents impacted by abuse, neglect, violence, and trauma.
This position offers a unique opportunity to combine healthcare, advocacy, and forensic medicine while helping children and families begin their path toward healing.
No prior forensic or child abuse experience is required. We provide specialized training, mentorship, and opportunities to obtain Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) training for the right candidate.
We welcome applicants from a variety of clinical backgrounds who are comfortable working with children and adolescents and are committed to providing trauma-informed, child-centered care.

Position Overview
The CRNP will provide medical evaluations and follow-up services for children and adolescents referred to the Children's Advocacy Center.
This role focuses on comprehensive assessment, family education, documentation, multidisciplinary collaboration, and forensic medical services when indicated.
Providers typically have four appointment blocks available each day, with an average of two to three patient evaluations daily. The schedule is intentionally designed to allow adequate time for thorough examinations, documentation, multidisciplinary consultation, and meaningful support for children and families.

$55–$70 per hour, based on experience, credentials, and relevant clinical background.
Additional consideration may be given to candidates with pediatric, emergency medicine, SANE, forensic, or child advocacy experience.
