1. Smiles and greets customers entering the establishments.
2. Order takes and does suggestive selling without being pushy or annoying.
3. Receives payment by cash, check, credit cards, G.I. Bills, G.I. Cards or automatic debits
making sure that the amount is accurate and bills are valid (and no counterfeit).
4. Advises customer of the number of minutes to wait for the food to be serve.
5. Issues receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
6. Computes and records total transactions using sales breakdown and gives to Store
Manager / OIC.
7. Compiles and maintains monetary and non-monetary reports and records.
8. Accurately and properly prepares, assembles and dispatches food to the customers.
9. Does advance call when needed and counts all the pending orders (per item) and
informs the kitchen crew.
10. Maintains clean and orderly cashier/dispatch areas.
11. Stocks condiments on shelves and other items in an orderly manner.
12. Attends to customers' queries, and provides information only when allowed to do so.
13. Attends to delivery orders and ensure completeness of the ordered product
14. Practice FIFO and update labels of condiments, beverages, utensils.
