The Area Sales Manager will oversee multi-branch operations, drive revenue growth, improve gross profit margins, and establish a structured, performance-driven sales culture. The candidate must demonstrate proven experience in increasing sales turnover and improving profitability in a retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and monitor performance across 3 branches
* Develop and execute effective sales strategies
* Improve gross profit through pricing and margin control
* Analyze Daily / Weekly / Monthly MIS reports
* Implement and monitor structured sales incentive programs
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Ensure audit compliance and operational discipline
* Achieve sales and profitability targets
