Overview:
We are seeking for a motivated Service Manager to join our team. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our service department and ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the service department, including technicians and support staff
- Provide guidance and training to service department employees
- Ensure efficient workflow and productivity within the department
- Schedule and assign work orders to technicians
- Monitor progress of repairs and ensure timely completion
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and customer interactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automotive technology

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or degree in automotive technology is a plus
- Experience as a Service Manager or similar role in an automotive dealership or repair shop
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks
- Proficient in ordering parts online & over the phone
- Familiarity with air brake systems, shocks/struts, oil changes, suspensions, alignments, and automotive diagnostics is preferred
