We are seeking a Registered Dental Assistant who is dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented. In our office, we value flexibility and collaboration. While your primary role will be assisting clinically, we are looking for someone who is willing to help wherever needed to ensure our patients receive outstanding care.

Responsibilities

• Chairside assisting
• Digital radiographs and intraoral scanning
• Sterilization and infection control
• Treatment room setup and breakdown
• Lab case management and follow-through
• Patient education
• Assisting with front office duties when needed
• Supporting teammates and helping maintain an efficient workflow throughout the office

Our Ideal Candidate

• Current California RDA license
• Dependable and punctual
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable helping both clinical and front office teams
• Takes initiative and looks for ways to help
• Enjoys working collaboratively rather than focusing only on assigned tasks
