Agricultural IT Manager Alkadri Plants LLC

Alkadri Plants LLC is looking for a specialized Agricultural IT Manager to lead the digital transformation of our cultivation and distribution operations. You will be responsible for the "Digital Greenhouse"—integrating traditional agriculture with modern tech to maximize yield and operational efficiency.

Strategic Responsibilities:

• Precision Ag-Tech: Manage and optimize IoT sensor networks, automated irrigation controllers, and climate monitoring systems.
• ERP & Supply Chain: Oversee the digital tracking of inventory from seedling to shipment using specialized agricultural management software.
• Infrastructure Management: Maintain robust network connectivity and server stability across greenhouses, warehouses, and corporate offices.
• Data Analytics: Collection and visualization of crop data to assist our growers in making data-driven decisions.
• Technical Support: Lead a small team to provide rapid hardware and software support for field and office staff.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years in IT Management, with a preference for candidates from the Ag-Tech, Manufacturing, or Biotech sectors.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in IoT device management, SQL databases, and ERP systems.
• Networking: Experience deploying outdoor/industrial-grade Wi-Fi and mesh networks.
• Passion: An interest in sustainable farming and how technology can drive environmental impact.
