At Avant's Chicago corporate headquarters, we underwent a major transition in January 2020, effectively splitting the company in two and spinning off our sister company, Amount. Since then, we've exited startup mode and entered a new phase of growth. As we try new things on the business side, we're also evolving our culture and reimagining what it's like to work at Avant, all while maintaining the diversity, creativity, and drive that continues to power our successes. We also have a customer service center, located in Oak Ridge, TN, where our agents do an amazing jobs making sure our customers get the assistance they need.
