Bankdata is one of Denmark's most important tech companies. We go to work to develop technological solutions to the business problems faced by the financial sector, to develop and build the future of digital banking.
Our solutions are an integral part of Danes' everyday life, the financial sectorand society's security, but only very few people are aware of this. However, every third Dane, 200,000 companies and several thousand bank employees use our solutions every day. They log into our platform one million times a day and send 86 million transactions through the core systems that we built.
We are 1,000 of the sharpest fintech minds in Denmark. We are engineers, architects, Product Owners and security experts, who work in independent teams. We build, monitor and improve digital products to ensure that user interfaces, accessibility and response time are of international top level. We are very demanding of ourselves, assume responsibility and have the backs of each other and of our customers.
We have become a rather large outfit these days, but we work by agile principles as part of autonomous teams that build microservices and microfrontends without the need for micromanagement. We believe in empowerment, continuous integration and improvements and aim for a modular architecture and modern delivery pipelines.
Our role is to be a technological partner to our customers. Our customers bring us a problem. We come up with solutions that they would not have been able to come up with by themselves. This takes courage and creativity and presupposes freedom and security; the courage and creativity to solve sometimes unmanageable problems to which no one knows the answer in advance. Having the freedom to experiment and the security to dare to fail is how we learn.
Our solutions are in considerable demand, so we prioritise keenly, in the belief that ambitious employees with flexible and sustainable working lives make better performers, both here at Bankdata and home with their families.
