Central Arizona Project delivers Colorado River water to Maricopa, Pinal and Pima counties. The 336-mile long system of aqueducts, tunnels, pumping plants and pipelines stretches from Lake Havasu to the southern boundary of the San Xavier Indian Reservation southwest of Tucson.
