Chemed's better-known Roto-Rooter subsidiary offers plumbing and drain-cleaning services for residential and commercial customers through company-owned, contractor-operated, and franchised locations, some 500 total. A stalwart of the industry, Roto-Rooter offers services throughout the US and in parts of Canada.
