What sets CER apart from its competition when considering bringing on a Consultant or Contract employee? We offer our Temporary/Contract candidates a competitive Benefits Package (medical, dental, vision - CER covers approximately half of the cost) and Holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day) & Sick pay (40 hours annually). This allows our clients an advantage over their competitors to retain the contract/temporary candidate for the entire project.
