The company makes and markets such consumer electronic goods as CD and DVD players, headphones, home theater systems, stereo tuners and amplifiers, and turntables. In 2009, it has been boosting its Blue-ray products. Denon Electronics (USA) sells its products through stereo and electronics retailers in the US. The company is owned by D&M Holdings, which in 2008 combined its Denon and Boston Acoustics brands under a single management team (led by Joe Stinziano) in a bid to reduce costs. The move has allowed it to integrate the sales and marketing operations of both companies.
