Got oil and gas? FieldPoint Petroleum can point to its oil and gas fields and its interests in 360 productive oil and gas wells in Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, and Wyoming. The independent oil and gas exploration company operates some 60 of these wells. About two-thirds of its gross productive oil wells are located in Oklahoma. FieldPoint Petroleum has proved reserves of more than 885,240 barrels of oil and 2.7 billion cu. ft. of natural gas. Chairman and CEO Ray Reaves, an oil and gas industry veteran, controls about 34% of the company.
