Genesis Land is involved in the construction of residential and commercial properties, and the acquisition and sale of land in Alberta and British Columbia, Canada. The company builds single-family homes under the Reliant, Evolutions, and Majestic Homes trade names, and builds apartment complexes under the Generations Group of Companies banner. It also develops commercial shopping centers and mixed-use properties in urban areas of Alberta. In 2011 Genesis Land had a deal in place to be acquired by Jupiter Acquisition, a newly formed entity owned by oil company executive David Crombie, but the agreement lapsed and was terminated. The company is exploring other options.
