Who's that calling during supper? Could be ICT Group. The global customer management company handles outgoing and incoming calls from more than 40 contact centers in the Americas, Europe, and the Asia/Pacific region. Services include customer care, telesales, technical support, database marketing, data collection, and e-commerce support for clients in such fields as insurance, financial services, information technology, pharmaceuticals, and telecommunications. ICT's clients have included Rogers Communications (which made up 10% of revenues in 2008), Pfizer, and Virgin Mobile USA. In March 2009, ICT Group rejected a $127 million buyout offer from outsourced telemarketing rival Aegis BPO.
