Our purpose is simple. To help mid-size companies to solve their business challenges using Microsoft Business Applications (Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure Services). We start and end with your business to ensure you get tangible, measurable value from your technology investment.
Inciper was born out of the belief that technology delivery could be done differently.
For too long implementations of Microsoft Business Applications (namely CRM, ERP and Data & Analytics) have been done the same way with customers waiting months and sometimes years to finish an implementation that often did not then deliver the value that was promised at the start. This was particularly true for businesses in the mid-market (below £1 billion in revenue) who were neither large enough to be a priority for the big SI's nor small enough to avoid the need to implement them altogether.
As veterans with years of experience in this sector we felt it was time for a new approach. One that not only enabled all Microsoft customers to have access to the same high standard of consultancy, delivery and managed services but also one that leveraged new ways of working to deliver faster time to value, greater transparency and higher rates of adoption.
Our desire was to hire the best experience in the market, combine this with our RAPID approach and deliver solutions in the most efficient and reliable way, whilst working in a truly collaborative manner with our clients.
Founders Mark Roberts and David Sanderson have over 40 years combined experience delivering business solutions for customers, across national and global Microsoft projects.
