Since that time the Key Family has grown to become one of the country's largest independently owned third party administrators, supporting a wide variety of group benefit plans. Key Benefit Administrators has two main locations, the National Headquarters in Indianapolis, Indiana and the National Service Center in Fort Mill, South Carolina (just outside of Charlotte, NC).
