While you won't earn a degree in Underwater Basket Weaving, The Learning Annex can teach you "How to Write a Book in 30 Days," "How to Make Money in the Adult Internet Industry," and "How to Lose 20 Pounds in 14 Days." The Learning Annex offers some 8,000 online classes, primarily on self-help and money-making concepts. Founder and president Bill Zanker started The Learning Annex out of his NYC apartment in 1980. Now he focuses on staging large-scale seminars and conventions with the likes of Donald Trump (with whom he co-authored a book) and Warren Buffett.
