If you're living in hotel lodgings, does that make you a Lodgian? Lodgian is a multi-brand hospitality franchisee that operates some 20 hotels in nearly 15 US states. The company's portfolio is focused mostly on the mid-market segment serving both leisure and business travels with full-service brands franchised from InterContinental Hotels (including Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn) and Marriott (Courtyard by Marriott, Residence Inn by Marriott, Spring Hill Suites by Marriott). It also runs a handful of unaffiliated and other branded hotels (Hilton, Doubletree, and Starwood's Four Points by Sheraton). An affiliate of Lone Star Funds owns Lodgian.
