The roots of our company go back to 1947 with the incorporation of General Bonding and Insurance Company. Mid-Continent Casualty Company, our lead insurance company, was founded as a result of a merger of two companies in 1956, General Bonding and Insurance Company and Mid-Continent Casualty Company.
