There's no need to play Russian roulette with the Russian real estate market. The PIK Group (PIK) is a residential real estate developer with about 20 high-rise apartment buildings in the Moscow area, and about 10 more under construction. PIK has built more than 6.5 million sq. meters (70 million sq. ft.) of housing and has a remaining land bank of 14.2 million sq. meters (150 million sq. ft.). Its eight largest projects, which are built for the middle class, have a market value of $5.6 billion. The company produces its own prefab building materials and construction aggregates such as sand, rock, and gravel. PIK was founded in 1994.
