Founded to support Christian ministries in America and around the globe, the company's more than 26,000 independent distributors (referred to as "jewelers") in the US and Puerto Rico sell mostly through hostess parties. The company's catalog features more than 700 pieces, ranging from traditional to contemporary in style and at an average of $30 per item. Premier Designs was founded by president and CEO Andy Horner and his wife Joan in Irving, near Dallas, in 1985.
